Tenancy Support Worker – Mental Health Service

Swansea Permanent Contract 23,088 per year Full-time + Part-time hours

If so, it’s your lucky day, as Moxie have three permanent Tenancy Support Worker roles available in Swansea working for an inspiring Mental Health and social change charity.

What’s on offer?

• Salary: 23,088 per year (pro rata for part-time)
• 45p per mile travel expenses.
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, no weekends or night shifts.
• Be part of a charity dedicated to making a real difference in mental health.

Hours available:

• 1 x Full-time (37 hours), 5 x week days
• 1 x Part-time (28 hours), 4 x week days
• 1 x Part-time (18.5 hours), 2.5 x week days

Key responsibilities of a Tenancy Support Worker:

• Lead assessments for individuals referred to the service.
• Develop tailored support plans (ISPs) and offer ongoing support.
• Work collaboratively with CMHTs, housing providers, and other organisations.
• Provide resettlement support for those moving into new accommodation.
• Keep accurate records of all support provided.

What we need from you?

• Experience in supporting people with housing-related issues is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and homelessness.
• Excellent organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to work across agencies.
• Access to a vehicle (required for travel within Swansea).
• Ability to complete or hold a DBS check.
