Thera East has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in ,Gazeley . You will join us on a permanent basis, with full time, part time and relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.52 per hour.

About the support Worker role

At Thera East, every day is different. We go to work knowing this is a chance to make incredible things happen for the people we support.

We are looking for someone to join our team of fantastic support workers. You will be supporting a small group of individuals in their homes. The right applicant will enjoy walks, Accessing the community for activities, shopping, swimming and appointments .You will play an essential role in supporting people to maintain family relationships and being involved in their community .Experience with complex behaviours is desirable, but full training will be provided. We would love to hear from you if you are caring and compassionate about making a difference. Induction and shadowing are paid time. Driver is essential due to location and people’s supported needs.

• No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
