About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Rugby/Sports Coach to develop rugby at DN Colleges Group. This part-time role includes participation in Wednesday afternoon fixtures. You’ll be responsible for creating an inclusive environment where students of all abilities can participate, thrive, and improve. From planning engaging coaching sessions to leading the college team in competitions, you’ll play an essential role in growing the sport within our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Development: Deliver high-quality training sessions and provide feedback to help players improve their skills and performance.
• Lead Competitions: Manage the college rugby team at home and away fixtures, including league games and tournaments.
• Team Strategy: Develop game plans and strategies, ensuring the team is prepared to perform at its best.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sport, Health & Physical Activity Coordinator and other staff to promote rugby across the college.

A passionate coach with experience in rugby, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to helping students grow both on and off the pitch.

This role is permanent and the successful candidate will be required to work Wednesday Afternoon’s to help support the AoC competitions.
