As the new Strategic Head of HR, you’ll be the driving force behind unifying diverse business units and new business acquisitions under one cohesive people framework. You’ll have a canvas to harmonise distinct cultures and integrate seamless HR processes across the group.

Providing strategic HR advisory to the C-suite and demonstrating measurable ROI
The Ideal Head of HR Profile:
Proven experience as a strategic HR leader in high-growth SMEs or PE-backed firms
Track record developing scalable HR strategies to support business expansions
Expertise across the full HR lifecycle – talent, ER, compensation & benefits
Credibility to influence at the executive level and present to investment partners
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to unify diverse company cultures
Innovative mindset to implement flexible, modern HR practices and technologies
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach complementing a lean HR model
CIPD qualified – CIPD level 7/Masters Degree
