Learning Support Assistant responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to an SEN student throughout the school day.
Assist the student in lessons, ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
Work closely with the SEN team to provide tailored support.
Encourage student progress and attainment in line with individual learning plans.
Essential Requirements:
1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
Previous experience working with SEN children is preferred.
Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
Contract Details:
3 days a week, term-time only.
Pay: £90-£100 per day.
Immediate start.
