Role Overview:
As a Functional Assessor, you will:
– Conduct holistic assessments for individuals claiming WCA benefits on behalf of the DWP.
– Assess individuals with various complex health conditions over the phone.
– Prepare and submit detailed reports to the DWP, contributing to crucial decision-making processes.

Key Requirements:
– Qualifications: Full HCPC/NMC registration is essential.
– Skills: Proficient in report writing and possess excellent communication skills.
– Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet set targets.
– Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant healthcare role.
