Your new role
As a qualified English teacher, your role is to educate and inspire students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). You will create high-quality lesson plans that are engaging and align with the school’s inclusive curriculum. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, you must confidently deliver lessons to students of mixed abilities, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. You will also be responsible for marking work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the curriculum material.
What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English to secondary school students
• Good Behaviour Management
• Excellent Curriculum knowledge
• Strong communication, and leadership
