• 45% – 50% split on private work

• Team-oriented, prioritizing ethical dental practices
• No strict UDA targets, focus on patient care

• High patient volume with a focus on ethical dentistry
• Principal with 10 years of mentoring experience, TCO on-site, longstanding staff
