We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BD Executive to join our law firm. This part-time role requires working three days a week, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional additional hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Head of BD & Marketing and BD Manager in executing the firm’s Business Development, Marketing, and Communication initiatives.
2. Assist in the preparation and tracking of BD plans for various practice areas and sector groups.
3. Manage CRM systems for tracking BD leads, opportunities, and relationships.
4. Contribute to high-quality legal directory submissions and pitch materials.
5. Prepare and manage BD activity reports and KPI analysis.

Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum of 4 years of BD experience within a legal environment.
2. Exceptional writing, organizational, and planning skills.
3. Proficiency in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
4. CIM qualification or working towards it.
5. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
