Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Community Occupational Therapist to secure an ongoing locum contract within a community team in Leeds. The caseload involves delivering occupational therapy services to adults in their own homes and community settings.
You will work as part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary therapy team that includes physiotherapists, social workers, and care coordinators.
Key responsibilities of the occupational therapist role as follows:
- To provide a high-quality, evidence-based community occupational therapy service.
- To work autonomously, utilizing clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to manage complex cases.
