Agency Attendance Officer
Imperial Recruitment Group are recruiting for a reliable and organised individual who can carry out shift check ins for all temporary staff at the start of each shift.
You will need to be on site 45 minutes before the first morning shift is due to start and you will be on site for 2 hours in total and then return home.
You will then return to site for 45 minutes before the first afternoon shift starts and remain on site for two hours.
Duties whilst on site will be as follows:
- Book in Agency Workers at security, check phones, ID etc
- Escort them on site to collect PPE / changing room
- Ensure workers are wearing the correct PPE
- Escort workers to hand wash station & ensure all workers wash hands
- Escort workers through boot wash to their working area.
- Maintaining the locker rooms, organising PPE
This would be ideal for a local or early riser with strong organisational and communication skills.
On site time will be 4.15am – 6-15am then 1.15pm – 3.15pm
Pay rate is 12 per hour.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.00 per hour plus travel allowance
Expected hours: 20 per week
Location: Leeming Bar, DL7 9UL
