Learning Support Assistant Havering Start Date: ASAP Are you a passionate and proactive individual looking for an opportunity as a Learning Support Assistant in Havering? This is an exciting chance to work in a Good rated secondary school with a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and a strong focus on behaviour management.

Learning Support Assistant responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to an SEN student throughout the school day.
• Assist the student in lessons, ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
• Work closely with the SEN team to provide tailored support.
• Encourage student progress and attainment in line with individual learning plans.

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
• Previous experience working with SEN children is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive approach to supporting learning.

Contract Details:

• 3 days a week, term-time only.
• Pay: £90-£100 per day.
• Immediate start.
