Job Title: Team Manager – Mental Health Service
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible across a 7-day rota)
Will also consider requests for part time working, subject to a minimum of 22.5 hours per week
Salary: Paying up to 28,350 per annum dependent on experience & qualifications

We’re looking for an inspiring Recovery Team Manager to lead our client’s dynamic new mental health supported living service in Redditch! What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Recovery Team Manager you will be developing and coordinating a high-quality supported accommodation service in Redditch for 14 tenants with mental health and additional needs. You will supervise and manage a team of staff to provide recovery-focused support, enabling individuals with mental health challenges to live as independently as possible within the community, enhance their well-being, and achieve positive outcomes.
The Recovery Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration among multiple agencies and delivering a personalised support service to all individuals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a vibrant team: Oversee and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Empowering service users: Co-produce support plans tailored to individual strengths, promoting personal recovery, independence, and community involvement.
Fostering community partnerships: Work creatively with volunteers, peer supporters, and statutory services to build a welcoming and inclusive service.
Innovating for success: Champion new approaches to mental health recovery, ensuring that service users can progress towards their personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.

What We’re Looking For:
A confident leader with a minimum of 2 years relevant management/supervisory experience in mental health services or Supported accommodation settings (preferred)
A relevant health or social care qualification or degree
Passionate about recovery-focused care and community-based approaches
Skilled in positive risk management and developing person-centred support plans
Ready to manage service delivery, staff development, and external partnerships with creativity and flair
