Minerva Nursing is recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals returning home from the hospital or to help them avoid admissions. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care that empowers our service users to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, tailored care based on each individual s needs and lifestyle.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and medication monitoring.
• Help with daily tasks, including meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and manual handling, using necessary equipment.
• Promote health, well-being, and independence, enabling service users to live life to the fullest.
• Work flexible shifts, including alternate weekends, to fit your schedule.

• What We re Looking For:
• Kind, caring, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about care.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards it.
• A full, clean driving license is essential.
• Excellent communication, and listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with service users.
• Previous experience in a care environment is desirable but not essential.
