We are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive Wirral based primary school that aims to provide a high-quality education for all children. We are looking for a part-time Upper Key Stage 2 specialist primary teacher to take on a job share with a mixed Year 5/6 class. Working on Monday, Thursday and Friday, this part time primary teaching role will start asap, and is ongoing at least until the end of term, maybe longer.
Your new role
In this Upper Key Stage 2 specialist primary teaching role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing the curriculum in line with the national standards and the school’s vision and values. You will work closely with your job share partner, and the KS2 teaching staff to plan and deliver sessions for a mixed ability class, ensuring continuity and progression for the children in your care.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this Wirral based Primary Teaching role you will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentA proven track record of raising attainment and progress in key stage twoExcellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skillsA positive and flexible attitudeA commitment to professional development and teamworkA willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
