This is a brilliant entry point into a creative arts career for an intern seeking insight into the general management of a charity-run venue.
Punchdrunk Enrichment (PDE) is a charity creating transformational theatrical experiences for education, community, and family audiences. The charity devises immersive productions and projects that have a powerful impact by placing people at the heart of an unforgettable journey.
The Company Intern will act as a first point of contact for PDE guests, suppliers and couriers; arranging company-wide meetings, events, travel, and being involved in working groups. The Intern will also be involved with HR and recruitment, data management and general management of the venue.
Alongside these administrative and logistical tasks, the intern will assist PDE producers with delivering work for schools and other audiences.

This role is part-funded by the Mo Siewcharran Memorial Fund which support internships for young talent from ethnicities that are under-represented in the theatre, publishing and music industries.
In 2023, PDE moved to Brent in northwest London and residents of the borough of Brent are particularly welcome to apply.
The successful candidate for this opportunity will also participate in a Creative Access support programme that sits alongside workplace training. This includes a programme of induction training, monthly masterclasses, wellbeing support, buddying / mentoring and more.
