Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing service contract with a local Housing Association.

Contract Details:

Location: SY Postcodes
Contract: Housing Association
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week with a high volume of work guaranteed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

• £24.00 per property (LGSR)

Requirements:

• 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
• ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
• Own Van and Tools
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• £2m Public Liability Insurance
• DBS Check (dated within 12 months)
